Pre-listing Coordination
The team at Real Efficient Broker wants to make the process of listing a home as simple as possible for you. All we need to get started is the property address, your listing photos and we will do the rest. This services includes, creation and signature gathering of your listing agreement, disclosures, listing attachments including utilities addendum and seller disclosure statement, opening of title and listing data input. We will even write the marketing remarks for you!
Contract to Close Transaction Coordination
This is our cornerstone service offering. Upon mutual acceptance of a contract offer, our team will submit the contract to all closing parties, provide a highly detailed introductory email to your clients that will provide important contacts, dates and milestones of the transaction. We will also provide a Summary Sheet that will highlight due dates and important contacts for all parties involved. We handle all communications via email through closing. In addition, your contract documents will be submitted to Skyslope to be approved by eXp Compliance. Any corrections or changes needed to be made? That’s no problem at all. We will draft any amendments and make any corrections that are needed on your behalf.

Offer Writing & Submission
With over 25 years of experience with Washington State Real Estate Contracts, the team at Real Efficient Broker can easily draft a contract offer in a flash! You simply provide us the offer terms and we will draft the offer with all relevant addenda, then submit to you for review and approval prior to signatures. Upon your approval, we will round up the signatures and finally submit the offer on your behalf to the Listing Broker with a professionally drafted email detailing the highlights of the offer in a bullet point fashion.

Our service fees are very straight forward. Pre-Listing Coordination is $200, invoiced upon switching listing to Active Status. Contract to Close Transaction Coordination is $400, invoice at escrow upon closing out of your commission proceeds, Offer Writing & Submission is $25, invoice upon submission of offer to Listing Broker. At this time, Real Estate Broker Coaching & Training is free for all eXp Realty Brokers!
As eXp Realty Brokers ourselves, we are uniquely qualified to provide these services. Jamie has over 25 years of experience as a Broker, with over 15 of those years working as a Designated Broker, Productivity Coach and Trainer. In addition, Jamie worked for a year as a Compliance Analyst for the Washington State Managing Broker Team at eXp Realty. Megan has been licensed for 2 years and acted as an unlicensed assistant for McAuley Homes for 2 years prior to being licensed.
After working at several different brokerages, large and small and owning his own brokerage for the better part of 15 years, Jamie has an understanding of the systems and models that work well for brokers - both new and experienced. Jamie is fully invested in the success of eXp Realty and it’s brokers and knows the systems and compliance procedures to ensure quick and accurate file approvals.
